FAQ

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is $14 flat rate using Express Post. Free pickup is also available if you are in Ballarat or surrounds, simply select Pickup during checkout. Our orders will be posted out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only, to avoid chocolates sitting in a depot or warehouse over the weekend. We will also delay sending orders if the weather is too hot to safely post. You will need to provide a residential or business address to ship to as we do not send to PO boxes. It is highly recommended to put down an address where someone will be to receive it, (eg work) to avoid it sitting on your doorstep all day! If this occurs and the product has melted, Lucky & James cannot take responsibility for product damage.

How do I store my chocolate?

The best place to store your chocolate is in a dry, cool spot around 18-20 degrees Celsius. If the weather is hot you can store chocolate in the fridge, just make sure it is in a sealed airtight container to prevent the chocolate absorbing odours from other foods.
